We All hate scammers,But Arena Net will not do anything about it,it seems.My friend has sent several complaints to them about this one guy,and no responses.The best advise I can give you is always look what they offer in,usually scammers get people by offering in gold instead of plat.Also When trading items over 100 plat,ask for a piece of their armor or a rare item that they can buy back for the rest of the price.I hope this information helps you.

Thing is scamming people isn't strictly against the EULA, so not much ANet can do about it. Since unless the scammer was violating the EULA is some way, they can't do anything - you can report someone as much as you want, but unless they are violating the rules is some way... nothing will be done against them.

Best bet.. try and get them to swear and insult you.. take SS of them insulting you and then report them for that

did you all register at website? if you did what you do is log in. once you log in you should see this thing that says messages you should recieve a message from them. at first it tought tthey would reply tru mail but they reply tru thier website. so go log inn

i have a screen shot of this guy cussin but i just cant report him. ive been on that site for hours trying to figure out how. well at least im not the only 1 who doesnt no how to report

I have a thread on www.guild-hall.net forums in 'the outpost' that is stickied on the top just for this purpose. At the time of this posting guild-hall forums are down so Ill just give you a quick one here.

1) go to http://support.guildwars.com/
2) create or login an account
3) click ask a question
4) under department do "violation report"

make sure you include the following in your post:
1) offending characters name
2) Time the problem took place (include your time zone, if you dont have an exact time provide a ballpark)
3) The character you were logged into at the time
4) a description of the problem

GW support team will usually respond within 24 hours, usually much sooner. During the day hours response time seems to be at less than an hour.
